- For the production of yellowfin tuna fillets, we have been selecting the highest quality tuna for more than 100 years and we process them entirely in Italy, in the Maierato (VV) factory, in all its stages, following the centuries-old tradition in our Calabria.
- After steaming the tuna, we select the best fillets one by one and put them in jars by hand, following strict hygiene and food safety standards.
